The challenge
Mercedes-Benz España (MBE) asked EY to provide advice to embark on a bold transformation journey to define the strategy, reshape the organization, understand customer behavior, and launch new services in times of continuous change. This required new innovative approaches in the areas of strategy, innovation, customer research, corporate venturing, and digital transformation.
